Billing & Accounts

Overview

Your Blockmachine account owns your plan, invoices, API keys, usage history, payment method, and contact details. Keep those details current so the dashboard, billing notices, and support flows all point to the same customer record.

Signing in

You can sign in with an email magic link, Google, GitHub, Bittensor, or an EVM wallet. Use the same sign-in method each time so you return to the same Blockmachine account.

Email, Google, and GitHub accounts already include a deliverable email address. Bittensor and wallet sign-in are also supported, but a chain address is not a way for Blockmachine to reach you. After signing in with Bittensor or a wallet, add a contact email from the account page before relying on billing reminders or recovery notices.

Bittensor & wallet accounts

Bittensor and wallet-only accounts can start without a normal email address. That keeps chain-based sign-in simple, but it also means Blockmachine may not be able to send renewal reminders, billing notices, payment recovery links, or support follow-ups until you add a contact email.

Adding a contact email does not change Bittensor or wallet sign-in. It gives Blockmachine a deliverable address for billing and account communication. Once saved, that address is used for renewal reminders, payment recovery, and support reachability.

Paying by card

Card payments are handled through Stripe. When you subscribe or change plans with a card, Stripe manages the payment flow, saved payment method, and recurring charges for future billing periods.

You can update card and billing details from the plans page in the dashboard. If a card payment needs extra authentication or fails, Blockmachine may send a recovery notice to your account email or billing email.

Paying with USDC

USDC payments are different from card payments. Blockmachine does not automatically pull funds from your wallet. You need to send USDC on Ethereum mainnet to the Blockmachine deposit address shown in checkout, invoices, or the dashboard.

For an active USDC subscription, your next billing period can renew when enough USDC credit is available on your Blockmachine account. If there is not enough credit, you need to top up before renewal or manually send the amount due when the invoice or renewal payment is shown.

You can pre-fund more than one billing period if you want fewer manual top-ups. The dashboard shows the current deposit address, pending USDC payments, received amount, remaining amount, and invoice status.

Paying with TAO or alpha

You can buy RU bolt-on packs with on-chain TAO or subnet alpha, paid directly from your Bittensor wallet. Open the bolt-ons page, choose the TAO or Alpha payment method, and connect your wallet (taostats wallet, Talisman, or polkadot-js).

There are two wallet prompts: one to sign in when you connect (this proves you control the paying wallet), and one to authorize the on-chain transfer when you pay. The amount due is shown in TAO or alpha before you authorize the transfer.

Packs are credited to your existing account at your plan's overage rate — the same rate as card or USDC bolt-ons — and no new API key is created. Payment settles on Bittensor mainnet; your RU balance updates once the transfer is confirmed.

Contact and recovery

Use the account page to add or confirm your contact email. Use the same address you want Blockmachine to use for billing notices, renewal reminders, payment recovery, and support follow-ups.

If you cannot access the dashboard or need help with a payment, email [email protected]. Include the sign-in method you used, your wallet address if you signed in with a wallet, and any invoice or transaction details that can help support find the account.
